Reality Librarianship: Up Close and Personal
A series of FREE VIRTUAL professional development opportunities for library staff.
These sessions have ended. Read about them here, here and here.
Keeping up-to-date about the future of librarianship is tough.
Transforming ideas into reality is even tougher.
Interested to learn how others made their great ideas a reality?
Join us (Sally Pewhairangi & Megan Ingle) as we discuss the challenges and surprises of reality librarianship in New Zealand.
Over three evening sessions in May and June :
- We’ll introduce you to New Zealand Librarians who put ideas into action.
- They’ll share how they made it happen, how they overcame challenges and how they celebrated the unexpected rewards.
- You’ll have the opportunity to ask the questions you’ve been searching for answers on.
Sometimes geography can impact on your staff development opportunities, so we’ve developed this series so that anyone, anywhere can choose to join in, even if you’re out of town. You just need internet broadband access and your computer (recommended system and browser requirements).
These sessions will fill fast, so register now before it’s too late.
